The Performance Platform™ Draft Program is a digital reflection of your establishment's draft program. This article will explain how to edit your Draft Program in System Properties.
How to navigate to the Draft Program Section:
- To access the Draft Program section, click on the System Properties icon.
- Scroll down to the Draft Program section
Understanding the Draft Program Section:
Below is a sample Draft Program section with the different subsections annotated with a red number and explained in its corresponding numbered section below:
1. Number of Taps/Sensors
This is the only part of the Draft Program that is restricted from updating. This reflects the current number of sensors that you have contracted for with BrewLogix. This can only be modified by a BrewLogix Customer Success Partner.
NOTE: If you need to change this number, please contact Customer Support at support@brewlogix.com.
2. Product Life Tracking
This is where you will select your preferred method for tracking a product's freshness. There are three options:
- Expiration Date – Select this if you would like to enter the expiration date the keg brewer provides. Alternatively, if the keg brewer provides a born on date, you should estimate an expiration date.
- Born on Date – Select this if you would like to enter the born on date the keg brewer provides. Alternatively, if the keg brewer provides an expiration date, you should estimate a born on date.
- No Tracking – Select this if you do not want to track freshness when bringing kegs into inventory. If this selection is made, the system will automatically provide an expiration date of 90 days from when the keg was entered into BrewInventory.
3. Coolers
Here, you will identify where kegs will be stored when a product is brought into inventory. Add all coolers where kegs will be stored (at any point) to this subsection. Click "Add a Cooler" to add a customized cooler name.
TIP: You will be able to select the appropriate cooler whenever you add a keg into inventory. This will help you keep track of all your kegs!
4. Serving Size Offered
This is where you select the pour sizes your establishment serves.
5. Couplers
This is where you will select all the couplers that your brewery uses. Below is a brief description of the different type of couplers:
Type | Description | Picture |
D - American Sankey | This is the most common coupler used for the North American keg. |
|
S - European Sankey | This coupler is mostly used for European kegs. |
