How to fix an offline gateway:

If you receive a "Gateway is Offline" alert, follow these steps for troubleshooting:

Wired Gateway:

  1. Ensure the gateway is plugged into a power source and the power cord can't be easily removed.
  2. Confirm the outlet is not controlled by a light switch that is turned off.
  3. If the gateway is plugged in and still offline, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the gateway. 

Wireless Gateway:
