If you receive a "Gateway is Offline" alert, follow these steps for troubleshooting:
Wired Gateway:
- Ensure the gateway is plugged into a power source and the power cord can't be easily removed.
- Confirm the outlet is not controlled by a light switch that is turned off.
- If the gateway is plugged in and still offline, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the gateway.
Wireless Gateway:
