How to see keg data quickly (Tap Card):

Your Performance Platform™ sensors provide a large amount of data. The best place to view your sensor data quickly is the Tap Card. This article will teach you how to understand what a Tap Card is and what it shows you.

How to navigate to a Tap Card:

You can find Tap Cards on the BrewOnTap page. So first click On Tap.

Each keg that is on a sensor will have its own Tap Card. The squares you see on the BrewOnTap page that has a product listed in it is called a Tap Card. The Tap Card for Guinness Draught is highlighted below:

Understanding a Tap Card:

Below is a sample of a Tap Card with different subsections annotated with a red number and explained in its corresponding number below. Tap Cards will change depending on which filter is selected. The tap card pictured below is what is shown when the Tap Number filter is selected. To learn more about the different filters on BrewOnTap, click here.

1. Tap Number
2. Product Name
3. Brewery Name
4. Depletion Rate -
Average Depletion rate over the past 14 days
5. Projected Kick Date - Date when keg is projected to "kick"
6. Remaining Cost in Keg
7. Tending Depletion Rate -
This icon will let you know the pace your keg is depleting. To calculate this number, the Performance Platform™ software needs ~2 days worth of data. This will read one of the following:

8. Quick Options - Pours left, Primary Pour Size, and OnDeck Next Product
9. % Remaining of Keg - This is also known as the keg's "level"
10. Visual indicator of product. The color of the liquid in the keg will match the product within it (here, a stout is in the keg so the color is black). The amount of liquid in the keg will match the percentage of the keg remaining. Clicking on this will take you to BrewInsights. To learn how to see BrewInsights, click here.
11. Freshness Indicator -  This icon will let you know if your product is "Fresh" or "At Risk" of not being fresh.  To configure a products Freshness you can either input the "Born On" date while receiving a keg into inventory or click the "Add Freshness" show here to input the Born On date.  BrewLogix has input industry standards by style of beer to ensure products are fresh for a great customer experience.
