How To Resolve an “Unknown Keg on Sensor Tap” Message:

If you're seeing an "Unknown Keg" error in the Performance Platform™, follow these steps for troubleshooting.

An error in the system may generate an "Unknown Keg" message (below):

To fix this error, complete the following steps.

  1. From the “On Deck” screen, locate the Unknown Keg you want to label. Underneath the “Unknown Keg” text, there should be a blue button labeled “Resolve Keg.”
  2. Click the "Resolve Keg" button, and a pop-up window should appear.
  3. In the resulting pop-up window, there should be a drop-down menu; here, you can assign an item in your inventory to the Unknown Keg. Click into the drop-down menu and select the item you wish to assign to the Unknown Keg’s spot.
  4. After you select the correct item, click the green button labeled “Resolve This Keg.
