  • Please put "Offline Gateway" followed by your business's name in the subject line of the email.
  • If you tried all of the steps in the video and your gateway is still offline, please write in the body of your email that you tried all the steps and the date that you did so. A member of our support team will get back to you ASAP! 
  • If your wireless password has changed, please write in the body of your email the new password (please be mindful of case sensitivity and spaces). If you feel uncomfortable emailing your password, please call us at 800-257-6898 and tell the support member that you have a new wireless password and you need to update your gateway. A member of our support team will be sure to help!
